EWTG is a 501c(6) non-profit, non-partisan organization that promotes leadership by providing educational, mentoring, and networking opportunities for women in Texas government.

Our annual conference is our most popular and best attended event. This daylong event, held the Monday before Thanksgiving each year, brings together approximately 900 women who serve Texas through employment in state government, higher education, and other professional industries.  In 2018 our reception will be November 18 and our conference will be November 19.
