Join us for some tips and tricks to making your emails more effective and easier to understand by your readers. Our guest speaker is Lynnell Welden. She is a Training Specialist and Curriculum Developer with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Training and Development Department (T&D). She conducts skills development training on many human dynamics topics. Lynnell specializes in the development and delivery of more than twenty types of communication and management development courses. This month’s speaker has delivered training and facilitation to various audiences large and small. She has stood before state, federal, private and higher educational institutions to share her expertise.

Ms. Welden has more than twenty-five years of professional experience in management and training roles. She shares her talent and expertise as a presenter at conference workshops, seminars, and retreats. She is an accredited Insights™ Practitioner, a certified EEO Trainer in accordance with the Texas Labor Code, a Certified Workforce Professional and Management Training Expert, and a Texas BPC Certified Trainer. She was honored as Professional of the Year for 2005 by the Central Texas Workforce Board. Ms. Welden is also on the Core Training Team for the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN).

Make plans to attend the EWTG mini-course on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. The mini-course begins at 11:30 a.m. and the program begins at noon, and ends promptly at 1:00 p.m. The session will be at the Carver Library, 1161 Angelina St., TX 78702. EWTG will provide pizza, loads of fresh green salad, dessert and drinks for $10, or you can bring your own brown bag lunch.
