Colors of Communication

“The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” -George Bernard Shaw

Effective communication can be inhibited when we are not aware of our communication style and how it can impact others. By the same token, sometimes we are frustrated on our efforts to communicate with others —until we recognize and appreciate their style. David will lead us through identifying our personal communication style and developing a better understanding of the other styles. He’ll also provide some tips for communicating effectively with other styles.
