It is a goal set by state officials to have 60 percent of its residents age 24-35 earn a certificate or degree by 2030. Ginger will provide attendees with insightful information on how this statewide initiative will affect the further career paths of tomorrow’s leaders.

Ginger Gossman is the Senior Director for Innovation and Policy Development, Academic Planning and Policy with the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
