About the Award
Each year EWTG recognizes an outstanding member as our Woman of the Year. This award
acknowledges a woman who has distinguished herself in our organization, her profession
and community. The Woman of the Year epitomizes the values for which EWTG stands
and represents the best of who we are as women and leaders.
So now it's up to you to help us find that shining jewel of a woman. Who is that
special woman who has mentored you and your colleagues in your EWTG success team?
Who is that exceptional person who tirelessly gives her time and expertise in service
to your EWTG committee?
She is a leader in her profession and an advocate for her employees' advancement.
She is a life-long learner and she generously volunteers her talents for her community.
She could be our next EWTG Woman of the Year!

job performance beyond what is normally performed or expected. She has demonstrated
commitment to fostering growth and development of women by sharing guidance and
professional skills. For instance, as a mentor or through her position she has improved
services or conditions for women within her agency or state government.
III. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: The candidate will have demonstrated a commitment to
her community by sharing her time and talent in ways that benefit the community

civic endeavors outside of her professional obligations.
