EWTG Scholarships

A Unique Opportunity

Each year EWTG awards scholarships to its members. The purpose is to support professional and personal development, and to reward and encourage EWTG participation. This program allows members an opportunity to enhance their skills, learn new ones through training, coursework, conferences and more.

Important Application Information

Please read the Scholarship Instructions carefully. Scholarship applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and are awarded quarterly. Scholarship applications for Leadership Texas will be accepted after application to Leadership Texas has been made. The total of available scholarship funds may be awarded to multiple applicants. One application per person per quarter will be accepted.

Scholarship Categories

EWTG Professional Development Conference ─ $125 maximum
Training (One Day Program) ─ $250 maximum
Seminar ─ $500 maximum
Formal Education ─ $1,000 maximum
Leadership Texas ─ $3,500 maximum

Award Methodology

Scholarship Committee members review the applications and recommend awards to the Board of Directors depending upon the number of points earned. An applicant must score a minimum of 50 points to be considered.
