For 25 years, Executive Women in Texas Government (EWTG) has been investing in women of all ages as they serve their fellow citizens through public service. When EWTG’s six visionary founders held the first conference in 1986, they created an environment for nurturing leadership skills, establishing career mentors, and equipping women to meet personal and professional goals. Through their efforts and the efforts of those who followed in their footsteps, EWTG has indeed created leaders and embraced challenges with grace, strength, and determination – making history in the process.

The theme of this year’s EWTG Professional Development Conference is Making History. Creating Leaders. Embracing Challenges. It will be a meeting of ideas, solutions, and connections. The conference features prominent keynote speakers, as well as more than 30 workshops providing participants with opportunities for hands-on learning and development of leadership skills for multiple career levels.
