Membership and active participation in EWTG offers you access to an array of opportunities such as leadership training, networking with other professionals, peer support, and scholarships.

Leadership Training
All EWTG programs are designed to encourage and enhance your leadership skills. EWTG sponsored events provide attendees with the skills and knowledge to succeed in leadership roles. EWTG also offers you the chance to develop and demonstrate leadership skills through participation in committees and community involvement activities.

Professional Networking and Peer Support
Whether you need new ideas, a fresh perspective, someone to help you celebrate your accomplishments, or get you through tough times, EWTG’s got you covered. Diverse viewpoints from members in state agencies, higher education, and the private sector make EWTG’s peer mentoring top notch.

Annual Professional Development Conference
The EWTG conference, held each November, draws participants from across the State. This don’t-miss event delivers the right blend of leadership know-how, insight, and inspiration in a combination of keynote speeches and
practical workshops.

Scholarships
As if these weren’t reward enough, EWTG also offers scholarships to enhance personal or professional growth through conferences, seminars, even college.

Full Membership: Any state or higher education employee who develops, directs, manages, supervises, or administers people, programs, or policies or whose annual salary meets a level set by the Board.
Annual Dues:$50
